TANDEM PLATFORMS – Leading the MAC line-up, the tandem flat is recognized as the benchmark of aluminum platforms in North America. This premium trailer, whether built with the M-52, M-60, M-72 or M-80 main beams, is engineered to handle evenly distributed material loads such as lumber, skids of shingles, block or bagged sand too extreme concentrated steel coil loads. STEP DECK PLATFORMS – MAC provides a lightweight, high load capacity drop deck trailer to meet today’s unique and special load demands. MAC’s special process of forming the all aluminum neck prior to the final heat treatment of the metal, intern maintains the strength properties of the alloy and enhances the structural integrity of the design. The step deck is available in overall lengths from 48’ or 53’ with 10’ and 11’ upper deck lengths. With rear deck height options of 41” with 255/70R22.5 tires, 38” with 265/70R19.5 tires and 35” with 245/70R17.5 tires, the MAC drop deck offers a wide capability of lower deck height choices and opportunities. (Note when choosing a sliding axle the deck heights will increase by 1”).

MAC ADVANTAGE X-TENDER - The “ADVANTAGE X-tender” 53 ft. to 65 ft. with a weight comparable to a standard combo with same base specifications lengthens opportunities to fleets and owner operators to accept loads they commonly would have to turn down due to length constraints. Targeting the pre-cast, rebar and pipe haul markets, the “ADVANTAGE X-tender offers great opportunities to handle these special load requirements with ease, plus having the light weight to handle common flatbed commodity loads.

ROAD WARRIOR - The MAC “Road Warrior” is spec’d to go to work, and offers a list of limited options that meets and exceeds the common hauling requirements of the flatbed operator, hauling common legal 50K to 53K payload flatbed freight. Constructed with M52 or M60 main beams, galvanized coupler plate and 18” cross member spacing with a single Coil Pack. MLP-6 (6” neck) or MLP-8 (8” Neck) – The MAC Lo-Pro Flatbed is Engineered to provide ultimate capacity for general building materials, pipe and palleted general freight loads with amazing load capacities: 40,000 lbs. in 4 ft.; 43,000 lbs. in 10 ft.; 45,000 lbs. in 20 ft.; 50,000 lbs. in 30 ft. and 70,000 lbs. in 53 ft.. Outstanding empty weight of 9,840 lbs. on base 53 ft. x full 102” width (no pockets, spools or rub band) set-up to receive Sliding Systems, Inc. – std. aluminum curtain side kit, weighing 2,440 lbs. total combination weight: 12,280 lbs. This flatbed trailer is specially engineered with a low profile neck construction and uniquely designed cross members with .50 6061-T6 alloy upper coupler plate that continues from the front formed pick-up plate through frame transition. Mating with 47 in. 5th wheel plate height offers 106” inside height – deck to bottom of “curtain side” roof bows.
